What is the typical production lead time?
For standard models, the typical production lead time is around 2–4 weeks for orders of 50–100 units. Custom models usually require 6–8 weeks, depending on the scope of customization.
Software customization, such as a custom launcher, pre-loaded apps, or kiosk mode, may require an additional 2–3 weeks.
For urgent projects, expedited production may be available with additional charges. For complex ODM projects, we recommend a 3–6 month planning horizon to allow sufficient time for product definition, development, testing, and production preparation.
What warranty and support is included?
Our standard manufacturer warranty is 1 year and covers the panel, touch interface, and power supply. Paid extended warranty options are available for up to 3 years. For orders of 1,000+ units, first-year advance replacement service can be included for qualified projects, subject to agreement.
Technical support is provided via email and phone in English. For software-related issues, remote diagnostics can be performed via ADB when applicable. Spare parts, including panels, power supplies, and accessories, can be supplied within 3–5 working days depending on stock availability.
